Article 2: Acceptance and modification of our Conditions of Use
Access and use of the Websites is administered by the present Conditions of Use.
By accessing our Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully consent to the Conditions of Use.
We reserve the right to modify our Conditions of Use with or without notice; therefore, we ask you to please consult these conditions regularly.
Article 3: Copyright and intellectual property
All Website content and in particular all text, marks, graphics, logos, photos, videos, sounds, designs, knowledge, technology, and products are the property of SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE or its associated companies, partners, or manufacturers, or are used with written authorization by the owner, and are therefore protected by their copyright, trademark, patent, or any other intellectual property or industrial right which are recognized by the laws in effect.
With exception to that which is anticipated in Article 4 below, absolutely no element of the Websites may be interpreted as an authorization, license, or a right of use of any content.
Article 4: Use of Website content
You are granted the possibility to download, display, or print the Website content uniquely for private, non-commercial use, contingent upon the proper storing of and reproduction of all copyright or any other intellectual property notices included within the downloaded information or material.
Total or partial reproduction, use, modification, distribution, transfer, or broadcast of the Websites, without prior written authorization by SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE, is strictly forbidden.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and accept that, within the full scope of the applicable regulations, SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE, its affiliated companies, or any companies that have participated in the creation, production, or delivery of the Websites, cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, or unforeseen damages, nor can they be held for compensation for moral harm, costs, or losses by any means, which may occur during the use of, or rather the inability to use, the websites or their content.
You also acknowledge that Swiss Ambulance Rescue or any of its affiliated companies are not liable, in any circumstance, for any interruption of services, delays or interruption while accessing the Websites, non-delivery of data, delivery to a person other than the recipient, corruption, destruction or other modification, loss or damages of any kind produced following a performed transaction with or in presence of external links on the Websites, computer viruses, computer worms, Trojan horses, or any other malicious computer codes, system failure or improper functioning which may occur with use of the websites, including the use of web links to or from a third-party website, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to interrupt or suspend all or certain functions of the Websites at any time and are not in any way liable for these interruptions or suspensions.
Swiss Ambulance Rescue declines all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the Websites content, and is under no obligation to keep it up to date. The medical information found on our website is for information purposes only and must not be considered as medical advice, therapy, an appeal for self-medication, or a consultation. This information does not substitute in any way medical exams, therapy, advice, or treatment by a healthcare professional.
Article 6: Non-confidential information
Any further information or material provided in any form to SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE via Internet will not be treated as confidential or private. We reserve the right to use this information without restriction, regardless of the objective for which it was given out. All information provided by the Customer will remain non-remunerated for both the Customer and any third party.
Upon providing your personal information, you ensure that the content or the material provided is indeed your own, that it may be freely provided, that it is not libelous, insulting, morally incorrect, does not violate the applicable regulations in any way, and that use by SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE will not violate the right of any third party or applicable regulation.
Article 7: Disclaimer of Warranties
Without limiting the scope of Article 4 aforementioned, all material or information found on the websites are provided in accordance with their availability, and without warranty of any kind, including, amongst others, any implicit warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular object.
We cannot ensure that our websites respond to your needs, whether those be uninterrupted, opportune, secure, or exempt from error.
Any advice or information obtained by written or oral means during use of the services made available by the Websites does not retain entitlement of any guarantee which has not been specifically mentioned in the present Conditions of Use.
Article 8: Inaccuracies/Errors
The Websites content may have inaccuracies or errors. We reserve the right, while not under the obligation, to correct or improve the current content at any moment and without notice. SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE cannot be held liable for these errors or inaccuracies.
Article 9: Links
Any creation of an external link to the Websites is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE.
Article 10: Miscellaneous
The present Conditions of Use constitute the totality of consent between SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE and the Customer accessing, consulting, and using the Websites and their content.

Article 1: Non-Disclosure Agreement
SWISS AMBULANCE RESCUE commits to only collecting and treating the data given voluntarily by the Customer.
Article 2: Personal data use and objectives
Personal data is collected and treated for specific and limited purposes. You authorize us, in particular, to collect and use your personal data in order to provide you with our products, invoice your purchase orders, confirm your credit, present and provide you with other products that may be of interest to you, send out newsletters or emails, or communicate with you.
We can also use your personal data for internal statistics, to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our services, monitor the provenance and the profile of our Websites’ visitors, determine our customers’ purchasing behaviors, and best define our product development and marketing strategies. Upon providing us with your personal data, you explicitly accept these uses.
Access to the Websites is possible without logging in. However, certain services may require a log in. Refusing to provide personal data may restrict access to certain features of the Website. In addition, we will be unable to respond to some of your requests.
You also commit to providing only truthful personal data.

If you wish to access or modify your personal data, you may do so at any time through your user account on our Websites. If you wish to delete your account from our database, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Your request will be processed shortly with due diligence.

We reserve the right to transfer your personal data to one of our databases or external partners who are committed to ensuring confidentiality and safety outside your country of residence. Nevertheless, regardless of the reliability of our systems, we remind you that the Internet is not considered a secure environment and we therefore cannot fully guarantee confidentiality of this data.
Article 6: Cookies
We reserve the right to use the tracking technology also known as “cookies” in order to improve our Websites, understand how customers use the Websites, etc. “Cookies” cannot be used to uncover the user’s identity but do allow us to obtain anonymous information such as the date / hour of access, type of web browser used, etc.
Article 7: Spamming
We do not practice spamming, defined as the unsolicited distribution of publicity via email in repeatedly large numbers to people with which the sender has had no prior contact, or those that have expressed their unwillingness to receive such information.
On the other hand, you authorize us to inform you by email of products which may be of certain importance to you.
