Hygiene Procedures Support Group
As a part of its development of service for the population of Geneva, Swiss Ambulance Rescue has created a new pre-hospital support and care group, comprised of professional paramedics trained to respond to delicate or risky situations.
The goal is to provide public health authorities 24/7 support, offering personalized health support while ensuring fast response and care for emergency situations by a specialized paramedic team, trained in medical support and care for medium to high-risk or dangerous situations. Most notably, this team can administer care for institutions (NGO / Corps D. / politicians…).
This team will receive special training, allowing them to develop the skills in order to efficiently and safely provide emergency first-responder care to those in need, while applying the doctrines of first aid tactics.
List of trainings:
- Self defense
- Stress within hostile conditions
- Procedures for uncommon injuries
- Approach and treatment of war-related injuries
- Specific equipment
Best of luck to the group!
