In the middle of studying !
Two Swiss Ambulance Rescue students are currently taking the exams to obtain their ES paramedic certification!
“The time before exams is marked by a combination of in-depth theoretical study of the whole of physiological and physiopathological aspects addressed in school and hands-on training through workshops which allow us to fully understand and assess complex situations encountered in the field.” Arnaud, student
These workshops take place in the Alcide Jentzer station under kind but critical supervision of Ms. Noémie Henchoz, ES paramedic since 5 years.
Noémie has prepared a case, and a training scenario is installed. A man is injured on the ground. The student busy themselves at his side to develop their professional knowledge, such as in a real-life situation.
After the workshop, the debriefing session brings the participants together. Currently, this takes place in the garage, as the training room is being renovated to become more adapted to training needs.
Many questions. Noémie asks questions, and explains. Everyone listens, learns, and reviews. A studious but relaxed environment.
Swiss Ambulance wishes the best of luck to all of its students!
