We are looking for:

  • ES Paramedic degree or equivalent certification
  • C1 Category driver’s license
  • Responsibility and commitment
  • Display enthusiasm and dynamism
  • Good stress management
  • Clean criminal record
  • Working hours of 4 x 12 or to be decided upon
  • Applications of those currently in their last year of ES training will be considered.

Vos missions:
  • En tant que gestionnaire de base, vous êtes le garant de son bon fonctionnement, notamment :
  • La conduite des collaborateurs
  • Du parc des véhicules
  • Gestion de la pharmacie
  • De la mise en application des règles du service

Vous avez une autonomie importante dans la gestion de votre budget. Vous assurez les aspects administratifs en lien à votre niveau de responsabilité.
En tant que cadre et membre du CODIR (comité de Direction), vous assistez cette dernière en termes de consultation et/ou de prise de décisions tant stratégiques, que pour le développement du service.

  • Ambulancier :
  • Assurer la prise en charge professionnelle et le transport de patients stables et instables
  • Participer à la vie du service et œuvrer à son bon fonctionnement, et à son entretien
  • Participer aux tâches administratives

Nous demandons :

  • Fonction cadre :
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la conduite de personnels et/ou de service d’au moins 5 ans
  • Une formation de Management et/ou de Leadership ou jugée équivalenteFonction Ambulancier :
  • Un diplôme d’ambulancier ES d’au moins 5 ans
  • Permis de conduire catégorie C1
  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités
  • Faire preuve de dynamisme
  • Une bonne gestion du stress
  • Casier judiciaire vierge
  • Horaire en rotation selon des tranches de 4 x 12H ou à définir
